Quality & Flower Maintenance


The brand Freshly Bloom is synonymous with the world’s finest long stem roses. While we ensure that only the freshest and highest quality hand-picked roses are delivered to our customers, it is also important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions.

In order to extend the life span of your roses, it is important to follow the care instructions provided with each box of our signature roses. The main way to help prolonging the life of a rose is to cut the stems on a sharp angle and to change the water in the vase daily.


Three Day Return Policy


On average, our flowers should last between 5 – 7 days. If you find that your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Freshly Bloom will happily send you a complimentary replacement order. In the instance that your order has not met the world class standards that Freshly Bloom is known for, we kindly reserve the right to request photos or images of the original order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Freshly Bloom purchase, we kindly request that you communicate your concerns to our Customer Service within 3 days of delivery on 1-888-909-6368.

To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.




As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Concierge Team at 1-888-909-6368 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.


Rose Varieties


Part of what makes the rose such a striking and favored flower is its uniqueness. Roses come in all shapes and sizes. Similarly, some roses open fully and some remain closed, while some varieties of roses are quite fragrant, others are attractive for their pure beauty and elegance. It is important to note that the selection of roses in cooler months is not as vast as it is in the warmer, summer months. Furthermore, the roses available in winter are generally less fragrant. This does not mean they are of a lesser quality, they are simply a different variation that should be admired for their natural characteristics and for the loving intentions with which they were sent.


Cancellation Policy


Should you need to cancel your order within 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, we will charge a $15 administrative fee. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above (eg. if delivery is on the same day) are void. You may opt for the full refund value to be issued in the form of a gift voucher to avoid administrative fee. Call us on to discuss your options.
